Shipping policy

We only ship within the contiguous US.

Once you place your order, we typically process and ship it out within 24–48 hours for in-stock items. Shipments are carried by carriers such as UPS and FedEx, etc. Delivery takes 2–5 business days after the tracking number is generated, depending on warehouse location and package dimensions.

Generally, once a tracking number is generated, your package is in transit, and order cancellation is no longer available. If you still wish to cancel, high return fees charged by the carrier will apply. Therefore, cancellation and address changes must be requested before the tracking number is issued.

If an item is out of stock temporarily, our support team will contact you within a reasonable timeframe to update you on your order status. You may also email us anytime for order inquiries.

Upon receiving your package, please take photos as evidence immediately if the outer packaging is damaged. Should any contents be broken, we require complete photos of the original package, including the SKU marking and shipping label. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and arrange a reshipment for you.
