Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately with your order number. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
