How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Once processed, shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days for delivery via our multi-warehouse network.

Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed by 24–48 hours after the initial scan. During high-demand periods, processing and shipping times may also be slightly extended. We will always notify you of any significant delays.
I still haven't received my package. Where is my order?
Please verify the shipping address on your order confirmation. If your package is significantly delayed, contact our support team at service@yechenhome.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Why is my package status showing delivered but not delivered?
Check with neighbors or your building's reception area first. If the package is still missing, please contact us at service@yechenhome.com within 5 business days and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
