We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
